For the past 7 years the Church Pension Group has published a “Church Compensation Report” providing national, provincial and diocesan comparison charts and tables in order to assist clergy and congregation in the area of setting and assessing compensation levels. The 2008 report has been released and continues to be a valuable tool both during the transition period in a congregation when compensation packages are often reviewed and realigned to meet current standards as well as during times of evaluation of current packages.
